Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Free Shipping

All domestic orders over $150.00 (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact support at orders@adaptaminos.com.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping availability will be announced via our newsletter when available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For packages lost in transit, contact us after the carrier's estimated delivery date has passed and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
