Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products as research-grade compounds, we accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for safety and chain-of-custody integrity reasons.

To initiate a return, contact support at orders@adaptaminos.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product or a product that arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item.
